{\*\generator Msftedit 5.41.15.1507;}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\f0\fs18 Before you install FlyakiteOSX, please read the following:\par
\par
\b IMPORTANT: If anything should go wrong that prevents you from getting into Windows after restart, you can use your XP disc to boot into Recovery Console, and then use the command "BATCH RestoreFlyakiteOSX.txt" without the quotes.\b0\par
\par
1) If you would like to install FlyakiteOSX silently from an unattended cd, you can use the included FlyakiteOSX.ini answer file and use the /S switch (case sensitive). The answer file must be in the same directory as the installer or else it will not work. For more information about creating an unattended cd check out http://unattended.msfn.org.\par
\par
2) If you have the installer create a system restore point, if you decide to revert back to the restore point, you will have to manually rebuild the icon cache to update all of the icons. It is recommened however to first use the uninstaller when trying to remove FlyakiteOSX, and only revert back to the restore point as a last resort if something in the uninstall did not work correctly.\par
\par
3) When installing all of the System Files, the next restart may take longer than normal since the system is replacing the files before Windows loads. Be patient!\par
\par
4) The installer's language is only in English, but FlyakiteOSX is still universal for all languages. All system files and other text will remain in your operating system language.\par
\par
5) The SE Special Edition (intended for users with Asian Text Characters installed or the shell32.dll memory allocation problems) from FlyakiteOSX v2.0 and normal version have been combined. The installer will automatically detect if it should use the shell32.dll icons that only go up to 48x48 in size. If you are not having the memory allocation problems but still want to use the smaller icons in shell32.dll, use the switch /48x48 on the command line when running FlyakiteOSX. The switch only causes shell32.dll to have icons with a max size of 48. All other files are unaffected.\par
\par
6) On restart, if most of the icons have not changed but you installed all of the items in the "System Files" section, you need to rebuild the icon cache. To do this, I have included a small tool. You can run it by going to Start -> All Programs -> FlyakiteOSX -> Rebuild Icon Cache.\par
\par
7) Skins for 3rd party programs require the program to be installed first. Even if you select to install a skin, it will not install if the program is not detected on the system.\par
\par
8) The .msstyle and Windowblinds skins have been combined into one section "Visual Style", and the installer will auto-install the necessary skin.\par
\par
9) All items are uninstallable seperately. To remove an item, simply run the uninstaller and select which option you want to remove.\par
\par
10) Thumbnail folder icons are different than normal icons on the system. Some thumbnails will update on their own, others won't and will remain the standard yellow XP folder. To update thumbnails, just select one or all, right-click a folder and choose "Refresh Thumbnail".\par
